DESCRIPTION

The Gecko Glider offers entertainment as a fun stunting tool. By extending a jump and making use of the wind users have the time and lift to perform spectacular aerobatic moves.
A number of future scenarios concerning technology penetration and social behaviour formed the starting point of the concept. New technologies and materials were used to create a device that offers physical entertainment in a green, high tech, social environment.

Gecko Glider is the result a four person project team. During the project I mainly focussed on visualising the future scenarios and designing the final product. I also wrote software to define the required board characteristics for making glides of several seconds.
