. IEGJE DESCRIPTIONIegje was my contribution to the HEMA Design Contest 2006. Children's furniture had to be designed for preference using synthetic materials. I came up with a polypropylene stable stool with synthetic rubber animal paws. Iegje is stackable and can be made with conventional injection moulding techniques. The design has been optimised using final element methods. A lot of positive feedback was received on the 1:1 prototype I made, especially from women. :) PROJECTHema Design Contest YEAR2006 |
